ServiceFind operates an informational directory and referral service connecting consumers with independent appliance repair technicians. Written Fair Quotes provided by independent technicians represent flat-rate estimates based on physical on-site inspection.

2. Diagnostic Fees & Policies

Diagnostic fees cover physical troubleshooting and evaluation. Many independent technicians credit the diagnostic fee toward the total cost of completed repairs upon customer authorization.

3. Warranty on Parts & Labor

Warranty terms for parts and labor are established directly by the independent servicing technician and relevant parts manufacturers. Customers should request written warranty terms on their repair invoice.

4. Safety Boundaries & Refusal of Service

Technicians reserve the right to decline or halt work if unpermitted electrical modifications, structural gas leaks, or hazardous environmental conditions (e.g. uncontained black mold or severe biohazards) are present.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
