These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://appliance.servicefind.center and the diagnostic dispatch services provided by ServiceFind Appliance Network.

1. Service Dispatch & Diagnostic Estimates

ServiceFind operates a verified diagnostic network connecting consumers with independent, EPA certified appliance repair technicians. Written Fair Quotes provided by dispatched technicians represent flat-rate pricing based on physical inspection.

2. Diagnostic Fees & Waiver Terms

Standard diagnostic fees ($79–$119) cover travel, physical troubleshooting, and multimeter diagnostics. Upon customer approval of the technician\'s written Fair Quote, the diagnostic fee is credited directly toward the total cost of repair.

3. Warranty on Parts & Labor

All completed repairs carry a minimum 90-day parts and labor warranty on installed OEM components. Warranty coverage excludes secondary mechanical failures or pre-existing structural wear unrelated to the specific repaired part.

4. Safety Boundaries & Refusal of Service

Technicians reserve the right to decline or halt work if unpermitted electrical modifications, structural gas leaks, or hazardous environmental conditions (e.g. uncontained black mold or severe biohazards) are present.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
